Editorial questions, corrections, and feedback. We don’t pass messages to lenders.

Email us

The fastest way to reach us is by email:

[email protected]

We aim to reply to editorial questions and corrections within a few business days. Please include enough context for us to find what you’re asking about — the URL of the page, the section heading, and (if you’re reporting an error) a sentence or two on what you think is wrong and what your source is.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. If something we’ve published is out of date, contradicts your state’s rules, or doesn’t match the contract a licensed lender gave you, please tell us. Include the source where possible.
  • Editorial questions. If a section of one of our guides isn’t clear, we’d like to fix it. Telling us where you got stuck is genuinely useful.
  • Suggestions for new pages. If there’s a question about title pawns and title loans we don’t answer, let us know what you were searching for.
  • Press and partnership inquiries. Use the same email address; please include “press” or “partnership” in the subject line.

What we can’t help with

To set expectations honestly, here are the things we can’t do for you by email:

  • Recommend a specific lender. We don’t maintain lender relationships and we don’t pass leads.
  • Get you out of an existing loan. If you’re behind on a title loan, our repossession guide describes the general process; for case-specific advice, contact a non-profit credit counsellor or a consumer-protection attorney in your state.
  • Provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Everything on the site is general information. Talk to a qualified professional for advice tailored to your situation.
  • Process applications, payments, or title returns. Those go through your lender, not us.

Privacy when you email us

You don’t need to share personal financial details to ask an editorial question. Please don’t send us full account numbers, social security numbers, photos of your driver’s license, or full loan agreements. If you’d like to quote a clause from a contract, paste only the relevant sentences and redact identifying information first. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the email itself.

Postal mail

We don’t maintain a public mailing address. If you have a legal notice that genuinely needs to reach us by post, email [email protected] first and we’ll arrange the appropriate channel.
